AngioJet治疗急性髂股静脉血栓形成的早期疗效分析

摘要

Objective To explore the early and medium-term efficacy of percutaneous AngioJet thrombectomy for acute iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremity.Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with acute iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis treated by AngioJet from March 2015 to January 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.Immediate efficacy was assessed with thrombus removal rate based on venography.Early efficacy was assessed with 1 month and 6 months follow-up of deep vein patency examined by duplex ultrasound.Results The mean thrombus removal rate was (86.4±29.7)％,and successful removal (≥ 50％) was obtained in 37 patients.Deep vein patency after 1 month and 6 months were 97.6％ and 80.6％,respectively.No procedure-related major complications happened.Conclusion Percutaneous AngioJet thrombectomy used for acute iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis is safe and effective.It can increase the patency of lower extremity deep vein patency.%目的 探讨机械性血栓清除装置AngioJet治疗急性髂股静脉血栓形成的早期疗效. 方法 回顾性分析2015年3月至2016年1月期间我科收治的42例急性(病程≤14天)髂股静脉血栓形成患者AngioJet吸栓治疗的临床资料.通过静脉造影计算血栓清除率来评价即时疗效,通过1、6个月随访多普勒超声检查深静脉通畅率来评价早期疗效. 结果 患者平均血栓清除率为(86.4±29.7)％,成功溶解(血栓清除率≥50％)37例(88.1％).l、6个月深静脉通畅率分别为97.6％及80.6％.无手术相关严重并发症发生.结论 急性髂股静脉血栓形成使用AngioJet机械性血栓抽吸即时及早期疗效显著而且安全.
