Objective:To investigate the fasting and po stprandial hemodynamic changes in the superior mesenteric artery(SMA)in healthy subjects and its clinical significance.Methods:Fifty five healthy subjects underwent Doppler son ography of the SMA before and after ingesting a standard meal(25% glucose 200ml) .The hemodynamic parameters were obtained.Results:Significant difference of Doppler parameters of SMA wa s found between fasting and postprandial state(P<0.05).The velocities and volumes in SMA were increased from baseline values after glucose ingestion.The r esistance index(RI)and pulsatile index(PI)were decreased significantly.Conclusions:There are hemodynamic changes of SMA in different physical states.It is important for physicians to know the range of normal values.%目的:研究正常成人肠系膜上动脉(SMA)餐 前、后血流动力学改变,探讨其临床意义。方法:应用多普勒超声分别测量55例正常成人餐前、后SMA的血流参数,包括 SMA的直径(D),收缩期峰值速度(Vmax),舒张末期速度(Vmin),时间平均速度(Vmean),及阻 力指数(RI),搏动指数(PI),分析其差异性,并提出正常值范围。试餐用25%的葡萄糖200ml ,餐后30分钟检查。结果:正常成人餐前、后SMA血流动力学各参数间存在显著差异(P<0.0 5),餐后血流速度和血流量明显高于餐前,而RI和PI均显著降低。结论:认识不同生理状态下SMA血流动力学改变及其正常值范围对临床有重要意义。
