Objective This study is to investigate the clinical significance of detecting endotheliumdependent vasodilation function with high-frequence ultrasound. Methods The diameter of brachial arteries at rest, during reactive hyperaemia and after sublingual GTN in 63 subjects, consisted of 21 patients with essential hypertension,21 patients with coronary heart disease and 21 controls. Results The results showed that flow-mediated dilatation in the groups with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease was much reduced in comparison with the control group[(4.6±2.8)%、(2.6±0.9)% vs (14.4±2.9)%,P<0.05].However,there was no significant difference in response to GTN among the three groups[(19.6±6.0)%、(21.1±7.0)% vs (23.5±10.2)%,P>0.05].Conclusions The study indicates that endotheliumdependent vasolidation is impaired in patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease, high frequence ultrasound can be used to detect endothelial dysfunction.%目的 探讨高频超声检测血管内皮依赖舒张功能的临床价值.
