造影增强能量图实验方法学研究

摘要

Objective To find the best dosage and imaging method for the subsequent morphology and quantitative analysis.Methods The different dosages were used to investigate the morph ology changing of the contrast-enhanced color Doppler energy(CDE) sonogram and time-intensity curve based on enhanced-CDE. And the different imaging ways, ECG-triggering imaging and continuous imaging, were compared each other in orde r to choose the best imaging method. Results The intensity of contrast echo effect depended on the re lation between microbubbles and ultrasound, which varied with contrast concentra tion. The comparative studied between continuous imaging and ECG-triggered imag ing at the same dosage showed that, triggered imaging could significantly reduce destroys of the contrast and the shape of the curve was changed with the dose o f contrast used.Conclusions The plateau in high concentrations and line-relatio nship between curve and lower concentration suggest that mcrobubbles behave like individual scatters at low concentrations, whereas they form a kind of ultrasou nd shield, able to attenuate ultrasound energy, at higher concentrations. By the comparative studies, the trigger imaging can decrease destroys of the contrast agent.%目的探讨进行造影增强能量图实验中形态学及定量学研究的实验方法和成像方法。方法通过不同剂量之间、不同采集方法之间的造影形态学、出现伪像的程度以及时间-强度曲线的差异,分析造影增强能量图的成像特点与剂量要求。结果超声造影增强能量图具有极低剂量要求,最小剂量可达0.002 ml/kg,剂量越大越容易出现伪像且程度越重,但造影持续时间也越长。时间-强度曲线形态随剂量的增高而变化。门控超声成像比未采用门控成像能减少造影剂的破坏。结论寻找合适的剂量和仪器条件是定量计算的关键。低剂量条件造影剂微气泡多表现为单个的散射个体,高剂量时则主要是大量微气泡聚集形成气性界面造成衰减。心电门控成像能增强造影效果,减少造影剂的损失。
