萆苓方对糖尿病痛风模型大鼠血糖、血尿酸的影响及其抗炎作用的研究

     

摘要

目的:观察草苓方对糖尿病痛风模型大鼠血糖、血尿酸和炎症因子的影响及其抗炎作用,探讨萆苓方对糖尿病痛风模型大鼠的保护作用机制.方法:采用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射复制糖尿病模型后,关节腔注射尿酸钠诱导痛风模型.Wistar大鼠随机分组,即正常组,模型对照组,萆苓方高、中、低剂量组,二甲双胍组,吲哚美辛组.分组给药后观察大鼠步态及关节肿胀度,并测定血糖、血尿酸、血清白介素-6、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α的表达水平.结果:糖尿病痛风模型大鼠血糖、血尿酸、白介素-6、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子的水平升高,步态异常,关节肿胀明显;草苓方可明显干预上述变化.结论:单苓方对糖尿病痛风有肯定疗效,其作机制与调节炎症因子有关.%Objective: To explore the mechanism of biting prescription protecting diabetic gout by observing the effects of biling prescription on blood sugar, uric acid and serum inflammatory factors of diabetic gout rats and its anti - inflammatory function. Methods: Models with diabetes mellitus were made by interaperitoneal injecting streptozocin (STZ ) and injecting uric acid solidumsalt at joint cavity to induce gout models. Rats were divided into normal, model, biling prescription low, middle and high dose and met-formin, indomethacin positive control groups. Observing rats' gait and girth of rats' right ankle at different periods, determining rats' blood sugar, blood uric acid and serum IL - 6, CRP and TNF - a levels before treated and after treated 9 days. Results; Blood sugar, blood uric acid and serum IL -6, CRP and TNF - a levels of model group were increased obviously, model rats' gait showed abnormally, model rats' ankles were obviously swell,biling prescription could significantly interfere the above changes of diabetic gout rats, obviously reduce rats' blood sugar, blood uric acid and serum IL - 6, CRP, TNF - a levels, inhibit inflammation of diabetic gout rats.Conclusion; Biling prescription has definite anti -inflammatory and reduecing blood sugar, uric acid and serum IL-6, CRP, TNF-a contents of diabetic gout rats.
