双芪温胆颗粒治疗脾肾气虚、湿浊内蕴型慢性肾衰竭的临床研究

摘要

目的:观察双芪温胆颗粒治疗脾肾气虚、湿浊内蕴型慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效及其对血清Lepitn、Cys-C、β2-MG水平的影响.方法:100例脾肾气虚、湿浊内蕴型慢性肾衰竭非透析患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组50例.2组患者均接受西医规范化治疗,观察组加服双芪温胆颗粒,疗程4周,评价2组临床疗效.同时观察治疗前后主要临床症状和中医证候积分的变化,检测血清CREA、BUN、Lepitn、Cys-C、β2-MG水平的变化.结果:观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(90.0％ vS66.0％),观察组临床主要症状及证候总积分较治疗前明显降低,与对照组治疗后比较差异显著(P＜0.05).肾功能指标及血清Lepi-tn、Cys-C、β2-MG治疗后改善均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:双芪温胆颗粒能显著改善脾肾气虚、湿浊内蕴型慢性肾衰竭患者的临床症状和肾功能,降低血清Lepitn、Cys-C、β2-MG水平,改善肾小球滤过功能.%Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shuangqi Wendan Granule on chronic renal failure patients with qi deficiency of spleen-kidney and turbid dampness stagnation,and its effects on serum Leptin、cystatin C (Cys-C)、β2-microglobulin (β2-MG).Methods:100 Cases non dialysis patients were enrolled,and divided into observation and control group in random Both groups were treated with standard treatment,but observation group was treated with Shuangqi Wendan Granule at the same time,treatment course was continued for four weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment,and the serum level of CREA,BUN,Lepitn,Cys-C andβ2-MG were determined.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (90.0％ VS66.0％),the main clinical symptoms and total scores of syndrome in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of renal function and serum Lepitn,Cys-C,β2-MG were better than those of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Shuangqi Wendan Granule can improve clinical symptoms and renal function of chronic renal failure patients with qi deficiency of spleen-kidney and turbid dampness stagnation,ruduce the serum level of CREA,BUN,Lepitn,Cys-C andβ2-MG,improve glomerular filtration function.
