甘露醇、血塞通、胞二磷胆碱联合治疗急性脑血栓的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To explore the mannitol ,Xiasen-tong and cytidine diphosphate choline injection intravenous treatment clinical curative effect observation of acute cerebral thrombosis and platelet parameters . Methods In our hospital 90 cases of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis , according to the different treatment group , the group ( 50 cases ) using mannitol , blood and cytidine diphosphate choline combination therapy,the control group (40 cases) treated with mannitol and cytidine diphosphate choline ,comparing two groups of clinical curative effect and the effect on neural function and platelet parameters .Results After treatment ,the research group total effective rate was 96.0%( 48/50 ) , control group total effective rate was 80.0%( 32/40 ) , the significant difference between groups ( P <0.05 );Two groups of NIHSS score before treatment ,no significant difference ,treatment group at the NIHSS score significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mannitol,Xiasen-tong and cytidine diphosphate choline the curative effect of combination therapy of acute cerebral thrombosis , which can effectively reduce the neural function injury in patients .%目的 探讨甘露醇、血塞通、胞二磷胆碱联合治疗急性脑血栓的临床疗效.方法 纳入我院收治的90例急性脑血栓患者,根据治疗方案不同分组,其中研究组(50例)采用甘露醇、血塞通以及胞二磷胆碱联合治疗,参照组(40例)采用甘露醇与胞二磷胆碱治疗,比较两组临床疗效及对神经功能的影响.结果 研究组总有效率96.0%(48/50),参照组总有效率80.0%(32/40)(P<0.05);治疗前两组NIHSS评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后研究组NIHSS评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 甘露醇、血塞通以及胞二磷胆碱联合治疗急性脑血栓的疗效理想,可有效减少患者神经功能损伤.
