4-(5-喹啉-3-基-四氮唑-2-基)丁胺的合成

             

摘要

Quinoline-3-carbonitrile(l) was synthesized by cyanogenation of 3-bromoquinoline with Zn (CN)2 using Pd(PPh3)4 as the catalyst. 3-(2H-tetrazol-5-yl)quinoline(2) was prepared by [2 +3] cycloaddition of 1 with sodium azide. 2 reacted with N-(4-bromobutyl)phthalimide to obtain 2-[4-(5-quinolin-3-yl-tetrazol-2-yl) butyl] isoindole-1,3-dione (3). 4-( 5-Quinolin-3-yl-tetrazol-2-yl) bu-tylamine(4) was synthesized by hydrazinolysis of 3. The structures of 1 ~4 were characterized by NMR and MS. 2 ~ 4 of them were new compounds.%三苯基膦钯催化3-溴喹啉完成氰化取代制得3-氰喹啉(1);1与叠氮化钠经[2+3]环加成合成了3-(2H-四氮唑-5-基)喹啉(2);2与N-(4-溴丁基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺反应制得2-[4-(5-喹啉-3-基-四氮唑-2-基)丁基]异吲哚-1,3-二酮(3);3经肼解合成了4-(5-喹啉-3-基-四氮唑-2-基)丁胺(4),1~4的结构经NMR和MS表征,其中2~4未见文献报道.
