以问题为导向的教学法结合微信平台在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the role of problem-based learning (PBL) associated with Wechat in standardized neurosurgical resident training, compared with traditional lecture-based learning (LBL) method. Methods Twenty residents in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University were randomized into two groups. Taking Children moyamoya disease (MMD) as an example, the control group adopted the LBL method and the study group adopted the PBL combined with wechat. After the course, examination scores and self-evaluation were taken as evaluation criteria. Results There was no significant difference in theoretical examination score. However, retrieval ability (P=0.012), teamwork ability (P=0.046) and innovation ability (P=0.002) of PBL and Wechat group was higher than LBL group. Conclusion PBL associated with Wechat teaching method could better improve the retrieval ability, teamwork ability and innovation ability of resident in learning about MMD. It is worthwhile to be popularized in neurosurgical resident education.%目的 探讨以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)结合微信平台在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值.方法 选取首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科参加规范化培训的住院医师共20例,随机分为两组,以儿童烟雾病的治疗为例,对照组采用以授课为基础的教学方法,实验组采用PBL结合微信平台的方法,采用学生理论成绩和自我评定作为评价标准.结果 两组住院医师理论考试成绩无显著差异,但是实验组在文献检索能力(P=0.012)、团队合作(P=0.046)和探索创新能力(P=0.002)方面优于对照组.结论 PBL结合微信平台可以更好地提高住院医师在烟雾病学习中的文献检索能力、团队合作能力和自主创新能力,值得在住院医师规范化培训中进行推广.
