高密市2004～2007年居民恶性肿瘤死亡分析

摘要

目的 了解高密市恶性肿瘤死亡分布情况,揭示恶性肿瘤对死亡的影响,为制定防控措施提供科学依据.方法 对高密市2004～2007年因恶性肿瘤死亡的5 638名家属的调查.结果 高密市恶性肿瘤死亡率为164.55/10万,其中肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌、结直肛肠癌的死亡率居前5位,75岁以上年龄组的死亡率最高,对期望寿命影响前3位的是肺癌、胃癌、肝癌.结论 恶性肿瘤已经成为危害高密市居民生命健康的主要因素,各种恶性肿瘤的死亡率在性别、年龄中的分布不同,对期望寿命的影响也各不相同.%Objectives To explore the mortality distribution of maglignant tumors and reveal the influence of malignant tumors on death. Methods 5638 dead residents due to malignant tumors from 2004～2007 were investigated in Gaomi. Results During 2004 ～ 2007, The mortality rate of malignant tumors was 164. 55/lakh in Gaomi,The top five malignant tumors of causing death were lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer and colorectal cancer. The highest mortality rate of residents was the group of residents aged more than 75 years old, the top three influence factors of life expectancy were lung cancer, gastric cancer and liver cancer. Conclusions Malignancy has become a main factor harming residents' lives and health, the distributions of mortality rate and influence of life expectancy in terms of gender, age and type of malignancy were different.
