新疆哈密地区乡镇卫生院人力资源现状调查分析

             

摘要

目的 了解和评估新疆哈密地区乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源现状,为政府决策部门合理配置人力资源及制定卫生人力发展规划提供科学的参考.方法 采用问卷调查收集资料,对乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源在专业结构、从事学科、职称、学历及执业资格等方面进行描述性分析,找出存在的问题.结果 哈密地区共有38个乡镇卫生院,每个乡镇卫生院平均有卫生人员15人,其中最少的4人,最多的51人;哈密地区乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源的特点是学历和职称普遍偏低、专业结构不合理.结论 哈密地区乡镇卫生院应增加卫生人员总量,进一步提升卫技人员学历、优化职称结构,合理调配医护人员比例及卫技人员的执业结构.%Objectives To understand and evaluate the status quo of human resources in township health centers in Hami district, Xinjiang, thus to provide scientific reference for government's decision-making in rational configurationrnof human resource and making of developing plans. Methods Data was collected through survey by questionnaire and descriptive a-nalysis about professional structure, major, title, education background and medical license was made to find out existing problems. Results There were 38 township health centers in Hami district. Each center had an average of 15. 24 health personnel (range 4?51). The characteristics of health human resources in township health centers in Hami district were generally low education background and title and unreasonable professional structure. Conclusions The number of health personnel should be increased; technical personnel need further enhancement in education and professional skills, and the proportion of doctors, nurses and technical personnel need to be adjusted.
