济南市农民工子弟小学和公立小学农民工子女心理健康状况调查与比较分析

         

摘要

Objectives To explore the mental health status of pupils between the migrant primary school and pub-lic primary schools,and provide evidence for promotion of pupils'mental health.Methods 523 and 201 students re-spectively in school for 3 migrant workers children and 1 public primary school were investigated by applying the Mental Health Test.Results The total score of mental health of pupils of school for migrant workers children was significantly higher than that of public primary school;family economic status,mother's education level and parental marital status were the main influencing factors of children's mental health.Conclusions Family,school and society need to focus on the mental health of children of migrant primary school,especially boys.The gap of mental health status of pupils between the migrant primary school and public primary schools might be related with the social la-bel,which is worthy of studying in the further.%目的:了解农民工子弟小学和公立小学就读的农民工子女的心理健康状况,为促进儿童身心健康和社会和谐发展提供依据和建议。方法采取整群抽样的方式,在山东省济南市抽取3所农民工子弟小学和1所公立小学,调查4~6年级的全部农民工子女,心理健康状况的测量工具是中小学生心理健康量表。结果在农民工子弟小学就读的农民工子女的心理健康状况明显低于在公立小学就读的农民工子女的心理健康状况,且男孩得分低于女孩。无论是农民工子弟小学还是公立小学,父母婚姻状况、家庭经济状况、母亲文化程度和是否独生子女对男孩的心理健康影响差异均具有统计学意义,但在公立小学中,家庭经济状况和是否独生子女对女孩的心理健康影响差异无统计学意义。结论家庭、学校和社会需要重视农民工子弟小学的儿童心理健康,特别是男孩。农民工子弟小学与公立小学的农民工子女之间的心理健康状况差异也许与社会标签有关。
