某高原部队医院疾病谱分析及高原卫勤保障对策探索

摘要

目的：调查高原部队医院保障区域内战士疾病谱构成与特点，为合理配置部队卫生资源、促进疾病防治结合、提高高原卫勤保障效能提供参考。方法提取2010年1月—2014年7月来某高原部队医院就诊战士相关数据资料，参照 ICD-10国际疾病分类标准对数据资料进行系统分类。结果总共收集样本4204份，系统整理分类前5位疾病分别是消化系统疾病、损伤中毒、呼吸系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病和皮肤类疾病，合计占67.77%。结论提高部队医院为军服务质量和效能，要以消化系统、损伤类、呼吸系统、泌尿生殖系统和皮肤类疾病为重点，结合高原特殊环境，实施精准化、主动型和联动式卫勤保障模式。%Objectives To investigate the disease spectrum of the military hospital,provide rational allocation of military health resources,protect soldiers’health,and improve the effectiveness of medical support.Methods All in-patients medical record data of male soldiers from Jan.2010 to July 2014 were collected.The date were classified ac-cording to ICD-10 and analyzed.Results A total of 4 204 samples were collected.The top five diseases were diges-tive diseases,injury and poisoning,respiratory diseases,urogenital system diseases and skin diseases,accounting for 67.77%.Conclusions The emphasis of military hospital to improve the service quality and efficiency for the Army is digestive diseases,injury and poisoning,respiratory diseases,urogenital system diseases and skin diseases.Focus should be put on the implementation of precision technology,proactive and linkage-type medical support mode.
