目的 了解珠海市居民糖尿病患病情况及防控现状,为制定糖尿病综合防治措施提供参考依据.方法采用多阶段整群抽样方法,抽取珠海市7个区县的15岁及以上常住居民3 002人进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检测.结果 糖尿病粗(标化)患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为6.40%(3. 88%) 、68.75%(49.81%) 、56. 77%(36. 13%) 、35.94%(25. 40%) .对6项糖尿病相关知识的掌握,非糖尿病与糖尿病人群的总知晓率分别为47.95% 和56.77%,且不同知识之间人群普及率差别较大.结论 珠海市居民糖尿病患病率虽不高,但知晓率、治疗率、控制率仍处于较低水平,且人群中糖尿病相关知识的普及率低.相关部门应针对性地开展健康教育,加强糖尿病防治工作,以提高人群的自我管理意识.%Objective To understand the prevalence and prevention status of diabetes mellitus (DM )among resi-dents in Zhuhai ,so as to provide reference for DM prevention and control.Methods Totally 3 002 permanent resi-dents aged 15 and older from 7 districts and counties in Zhuhai were randomly selected through stratified cluster sampling method ,and questionnaire survey ,physical examination and laboratory tests were conducted among them to obtain data related to DM.Results The crude(standardized)rate of prevalence ,awareness ,treatment and control of DM was 6.40%(3.88%) ,68.75%(49.81%) ,56.77%(36.13%)and 35.94%(25.40%) ,respectively.For the six questions about diabetes-related knowledge ,the awareness rate in non-DM patients and DM patients was 47.95%, 56.77%,respectively. The popular rates was different among different questions in the residents.Conclusion Al-though the prevalence of DM was not high among residents in Zhuhai ,the rates of awareness ,treatment and control were still low ,and the popular rate of the diabetes-related knowledge was also low.It was urgently recommended that relevant departments should target to carry out health education and strengthen the prevention and control of DM to improve people's self-management awareness.
