以火电厂常用热电阻PT100为研究对象,采用泓格I-7033温度采集模块、德国SiKA TP17650M检验仪设计了动态试验系统,通过Visial Basic和DCON Utility软件实现了实验数据的自动采集,完成了PT100热电阻的动态特性试验,并使用MATLAB软件对实验数据进行了可视化研究,得出了该类型热电阻在不同电阻丝直径、不同插入深度以及不同被测温度下的数学模型,为该类型热电阻在火电厂安装、检修时提供必要的理论基础与实践指导。%ICP DAS I-7033 temperature acquisition module and SiKA TP17650M calibration instrument were used to design the dynamic experimental system for the thermal resistance PT100 commonly used in power plant. The experimental data was automatically acquired by Visual Basic and DCON Utility software and visualised using MATLAB. The mathematical model of this type of thermal resistance PT100 at different wire diameter,insertion depth and different temperature is obtained ,which provides a necessary theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the installation and maintenance of this type of thermal resistance PT100 in thermal power plant.
