马来酸桂哌齐特联合文拉法辛对卒中后抑郁的临床研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of cinepazide maleate combined with venlafaxine on post-stroke depression.Methods 60 stroke patients with post-stroke depression were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).On the basis treatment, the control group was given venlafaxine, the observation group was given venlafaxine and maleate cinepazide injection.The course was 4 weeks.The two groups were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and modified Barthel Index(MBI) before and after treatment.Results The observation group improved better than the control group (P＜0 05) even in HAMD and MBI 4 weeks after treatment(P＜0.01).Conelusion Cinepazide maleate combined with venlafaxine may be more effective on post-stroke depression to improve depressive symptoms, and the activities of daily living.%目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合文拉法辛治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效.方法 60卒中后抑郁患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗,观察组予盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊和马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗.疗程为4周.比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、Barthel指数评分.结果观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组间HAMD和Barthel评分有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).结论马来酸桂哌齐特联合文拉法辛治疗卒中后抑郁能更有效改善抑郁症状,提高日常生活活动能力.
