太极拳锻炼对绝经后女性骨密度的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨太极拳锻炼对绝经后女性骨密度、骨质疏松发生情况的影响以及不同太极拳锻炼年限对骨密度的影响.方法 105名绝经后女性分为太极拳组(n=54)和对照组(n=51),进行双能X线骨密度检测.结果 太极拳组L1、L2、股骨干骨密度值高于对照组(P<0.05),L4、左股骨颈、左Wards三角区骨密度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);太极拳组骨质疏松患病率(31.48%)略低于对照组(39.22%),但无显著性差异(P>0.05);练习太极拳5年以上的绝经后女性在L1、L2、左股骨颈、左Wards三角区、股骨干部位的骨密度值高于练习太极拳小于5年的绝经后女性(P<0.05).结论 长期锻炼太极拳可改善绝经后女性骨密度水平,降低骨质疏松患病率.%Objective To explore the effect of Taichi exercise on bone mineral density (BMD) of postmenopausal women. Methods 105 postmenopausal women were divided into Taichi group (n=54) and control group (n=51). BMD was detected with dual energy X ray absorp-tiometry (DXA) in both groups. Results The BMD of Li, L2 and shaft of femur were higher in Taichi group than in control group (P<0.05). The BMD of L4, left neck of femur and left wards triangle were significantly higher in the Taichi group than in the control group (P<0.01). The prevalence of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) was lower in the Taichi group (31.48%) than in the control group (39.22%), but there was no significant difference. The BMD of Li, 1^ and shaft of femur, left wards triangle and shaft of femur were higher in postmenopausal women excising Taichi more than 5 years (P<0.05). Conclusion Long-term of Taichi exercise may increase the BMD of the postmenopausal women effectively and prevent the development of PMOP.
