不同表面处理方法对氧化错陶瓷基底与饰面瓷结合强度的影响

         

摘要

目的:研究不同表面处理方法对Upcera氧化错基底材料与Cercon ceram kiss饰面瓷结合强度的影响.方法:以计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制作(CAD/CAM)切削后未做其他处理的试样为对照组,对3个实验组试样表面分别进行120号砂纸打磨、氧化铝喷砂、硅烷化的单面处理方法,并对处理面进行扫描电镜观察.试样表面烧结Cercon Ceram kiss饰面瓷,万能实验机测定4组试样的结合强度数值.结果:4组试样的总体均数间无显著性差异,P>0.05.其中,对照组的结合强度为19.21±3.56MPa,实验组分别20.34 ±2.73MPa、21.01±3.39MPa和18.68±2.98MPa.结论:砂纸打磨、喷砂和硅烷化等表面处理方法均不能显著提高或降低氧化锆陶瓷基底材料与饰面瓷的结合强度.%Objective: To study the effect of surface treating methods on the bond strength of Upcera zirconia framework material and Cercon ceram kiss veneering porcelain. Methods: Three tested groups were 120# sand paper milled, A12O3 sandblasted and single side silanizated respectively. The CAD/CAM milled and designed specimens without further treatment were assigned as a control group. The surface were analyzed microscopically. The specimens were thereafter veneered with the veneering ceramic (Cercon ceram kiss). Subsequently, the bond strength were tested in a universal testing machine. Results: The mean bond strength values of three tested groups and the control group were not significantly different(P> 0.05). The initial mean values of three tested groups were 20.34± 2.73MPa, 21.01±3.39MPa, 18.68±2.98MPa, and that of control group was 19.21 ±3.56MPa. Conclusion: Sand paper milling, sandblasting and silanization have no effect on the bond strength between zirconia cores and veneering ceramics.
