单管法与双管法血肿穿刺外引流治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的疗效

摘要

Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of drainage with single-tube or double-tube puncture on treating patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage· Methods 80 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage in our hospital from March 2011 to April 2012 were divided into the single-tube group (n=20 ,treated with single-tube drainage of hematoma puncture) and double-tube group (n=20 ,(n=20 ,treated with s double-tube drainage of hematoma puncture)· The curative effects of two groups were compared·Results The viability improvement and curative effect of bleeding amount ≥50 mL in the double-tube group were better than these in the single-tube group;adverse reactions of two groups were mainly com-posed of intracranial infection and delayed cerebral hemorrhage ,and there were not statistical difference between two groups· Conclusion Double-tube drainage of hematoma puncture has better curative effect on treating patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage than that of single-tube method ,which is worthy of application.%目的：观察单管法与双管法血肿穿刺外引流治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的疗效。方法选取2011-03-2012-04在我院治疗的高血压基底节区脑出血患者80例为研究对象，根据治疗方法随机分为2组各40例，单管组患者实施单管血肿穿刺外引流，双管组实施双管血肿穿刺外引流，观察2组治疗效果并进行对比。结果双管组患者生活能力评分改善情况显著优于单管组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0·05）；双管组中出血量≥50 mL患者的治疗效果优于单管组（P＜0·05），不良反应主要以颅内感染和迟发性脑出血为主，2组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0·05）。结论双管法血肿穿刺外引流治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的效果优于单管法，值得推广。
