机器人联合电子生物反馈对脑损伤患儿康复的影响

             

摘要

目的 研究儿童上肢康复机器人联合电子生物反馈对脑损伤患儿症状改善及神经行为的影响.方法 我们选定的研究对象为2015-12-2016-1246例脑损伤住院患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各23例.对照组按照常规康复治疗与护理,即电疗、水疗、磁疗、按摩、运动、中药熏蒸、作业等综合性康复治疗.观察组在常规护理与综合康复治疗的基础上采用儿童上肢康复机器人联合电子生物反馈治疗,对比2组临床效果、症状改善情况及神经行为评分.结果 治疗后,观察组临床有效率98.55%,显著高于对照组的79.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对脑损伤患儿应用儿童上肢康复机器人联合电子生物反馈治疗,不仅能改善患儿的临床症状和神经行为,还能够提高患儿家长满意度,缩短患儿住院时间,加快病房床位周转.%Objective To study the effect of combined rehabilitation of children's upper limb rehabilitation robot and elec-tronic biofeedback on symptom improvement and neurobehavioral function in children with cerebral palsy .Methods We selected 46 hospitalized children with brain injuries from December 2015 to December 2016 .They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the selected subjects ,each with 23 cases .The control group received routine rehabili-tation treatment and nursing care ,such as electrotherapy ,hydrotherapy ,magnetic therapy ,massage ,exercise ,herbal fumigation and operation .The observation group based on routine nursing and rehabilitation therapy on children with upper limb rehabilitation ro-bot joint electronic biofeedback therapy ,the clinical effect of two groups after treatment ,improvement of symptoms and neurobe-havioral score .Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 98.55% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.32% ) ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion Children with children's upper limb rehabilitation robot joint electronic biofeedback therapy on brain injury ,can not only improve the clinical symptoms and neurological behavior ,but also can improve the satisfaction of parents of children with children ,shorten the hospitalization time ,ac-celerate the turnover of w ard beds .
