目的 探究超声组织压迫弹性成像技术评估颈动脉血管内斑块稳定性的意义及斑块的弹性值、应变率比值与脑梗死的关系.方法 收集已确诊首次发病的脑梗死患者78例为实验组,相同时间内条件相似的56例患者为对照组,均行颈部血管彩超检查,运用弹性成像技术检测斑块的稳定性.结果 实验组中颈动脉斑块的阳性率(78.21%)明显高于对照组(33.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组颈动脉斑块在不同弹性分值下的数量分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).均匀低回声斑块、不均质回声斑块及均匀高回声斑块的应变率比值依次升高(P<0.05).结论 超声弹性成像技术能较好的评估颈动脉斑块的稳定性,这与脑梗死的发生有很大的相关性.%Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound elastography on the stability of carotid plaque ,and analyze the relationship between carotid plaque ultrasound elastography feature and cerebral infarction .Methods Totally 78 cases patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study .In stable condition ,the stability of all patients'Carotid plaque was evaluated by color Doppler ultrasound and elasticity imaging technique .At the same time ,56 cases patient with non-cerebral were selected as a control group .Results 78.21% detection rate of carotid artery plaques in observation group and 33.93% in control group were observed ,the result was statistically different(P<0.05) .The quantitative distribution of the two carotid artery plaques in different elastography score were statistically significant (P<0.05) .The strain rate ratio in even low echo plaques ,uneven echo plaques and even high echo plaques were increasingly in turn (P<0.05) .Conclusion Ultrasound elastography can effectively evaluate the sta-bility of carotid plaque .It is closely related to the incidence of cerebral infarction .
