哺乳期母亲应用头孢他啶及氨溴索致婴儿皮疹一例并文献复习

摘要

Objective To attract clinicians' attention to the safety of drug use during lactation through reporting infant rash caused by ceftazidime and ambroxol in lactating mother.Methods The data of 1 case of infant rash caused by ceftazidime and ambroxol in lactating women were retrospectively analyzed,and domestic and foreign literature were reviewed together to analyze the medication safety in lactation period.Results Ceftazidime and ambroxol can enter the baby through milk,and cause the infant rash.Conclusions We must pay attention to drug safety in lactation;the mother should pause breastfeeding during the course of medication.If it is necessary to breast feed,breast feed infant before medication,postpone the next breast-feeding time,reduce the dosage,and so on are good measures to reduce the impact of drugs on infants.%目的 通过对哺乳期母亲应用头孢他啶及氨溴索导致婴儿皮疹的报道,提高临床医师重视哺乳期用药安全性.方法 回顾性分析1例哺乳期妇女应用头孢他啶及氨溴索致婴儿皮疹的病例,并综合国内外文献,对哺乳期安全用药进行分析.结果 头孢他啶及氨溴索可通过乳汁导致婴儿过敏.结论 必须重视哺乳期用药安全性,哺乳期母亲用药应选择暂停哺乳.确需哺乳,可选择用药前哺乳、推迟下次哺乳时间、减少母亲用药剂量等方式,降低药物对婴儿的影响.
