摘要

Hepatitis B and C viruses play important roles in the carcinomagenosis of hepatic cellular carcinoma.The high-level viral load will lead to not only HCC recurrence but also end-stage liver diseases.The Recommendation on antiviral therapy to hepatitis B/C virus related hepatocellular carcinoma gives a panoramic review of application of antiviral therapy for patients with hepatitis B/C virus related HCC.The schemes help to reduce HCC recurrence rate and HBV reactivation caused by treatment,protecting the hepatic function.However,large randomized control studies in this field are still needed.%肝细胞癌(HCC)是嗜肝病毒慢性感染过程的延续,在HCC发生过程中乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的活跃复制扮演重要角色.《HBV和HCV相关性肝细胞癌抗病毒治疗专家建议》提出在综合治疗的基础上予以抗病毒治疗有助于减少HCC复发,减少治疗导致的HBV再激活,保护患者的肝功能.病毒相关性HCC患者应用抗病毒治疗尚缺乏大样本随机对照研究结果的支持.
