早产与脑瘫

摘要

Cerebral palsy is considered to be a non-progressive neurological disease, appearing in neonatal period and infancy. With intensive study of CP, premature birth is regarded as one of the major risk factors of CP. CP of premature birth shows typical cerebral parenchymal damage. In addition, it is related with maternal and perinatal factors together with birth factors.%脑瘫是新生儿及婴儿期出现的非进行性神经系统疾病.随着对脑瘫的深入认识,目前认为早产是发生脑瘫的主要危险因素之一.早产儿脑瘫除了存在特有的脑部损伤外,与母体、围产期,以及出生因素等都密切相关.
