高功率LiFePO4/C锂离子电池性能研究

         

摘要

The 20 Ah high power LifFePO4/C lithium ion battery was developed for electric vehicles (EV), arid a series of tests about baltery performance were carried out, The results show that the discharge capacity retains 92.17% of the lnitial after 500 cycles at 10 C. which can meet the discharging demand of battery at high rate. The FreedomCAR hybrid pulse power characterization (HPPC) test indicates that the area specific impedance (ASI) of the cell is less than 30Ω·cm2 at 10s discharge pulse at lO%~70% depth of disharge (DOD) The discharge and charge pulse power capability of the cell are 1900.9 W/kg and 162O.9 W/kg at 50% DOD. which can rivet the challenge of EV.The discharge capacity at -20℃ and 60℃ retains 61.8% and 108% of that at room lemperature, respectively, which means the battery has good performance at high temperature; however, the specific energy and power at low temperature are still expected to de improved. The battery neither explodes not catches fire with good safety characteristic under the tests of overcharge, short-circuit and nail penetration.%研制了20 Ah电动汽车用高功率型锂离子动力电池LiFePO4/C,并对电池进行了一系列检测.实验结果表明:10C放电循环500次后容量为初始容量的92.17%,能够满足对电池高倍率放电的要求.FreedomCAR混合脉冲功率特性测试表明:在放电深度10%~70%10 s脉冲放电状态下,面积比阻抗小于30Ω·cm2;50%DOD时的10 s放电比功率为1 620.9 W/kg,充电比功率为1 993.9 W/kg,能够满足EV使用的需要.电池在-20℃与60℃时的1 C放电容量分别为常温下的61.8%和108%,说明具有良好的高温适应能力,但低温性能还需进一步改善.电池在过充,短路和针刺下不燃烧,不爆炸,安全性能良好.
