常用抗肿瘤药物致呕吐不良反应相关因素分析

摘要

目的 研究利用药品不良反应数据库开展抗肿瘤药物致呕吐不良反应的影响因素分析.方法 采用回顾性研究方法,对2012年安徽省药品不良反应监测中心数据库收集的2 381例抗肿瘤药物不良反应/事件报告进行提取分析,应用单因素和多元Logistic回归分析方法分析常见抗肿瘤药物致呕吐不良反应的影响因素.结果 提取522例报告,多元Logistic回归分析显示女性、饮酒史、使用抗肿瘤药物顺铂的患者更易发生呕吐不良反应.结论 初步了解抗肿瘤药物致呕吐不良反应影响因素分布,有利于化疗前根据患者的个体情况对危险因素及早做出评估,减少呕吐不良反应的发生,同时也为利用药品不良反应数据库开展相关研究提供了新思路.%Objective To investigate the related factors of vomiting in antineoplastic with the adverse drug reaction(ADR) database. Methods Using single factor and multiple logistic regression analysis methods to analyze the influential factors of vomiting, while 2 381 cases were selected in database as the purpose during the whole 2012. Results In 522 reports, multiple logistic regression analysis showed that patients who were female, with drinking history or cisplatin using were more susceptible to vomiting adverse reactions. Conclusion In this way we can understand the distribution of impact factors of vomiting in some antineoplastics. It makes for reducing the incidence of ADR on the individual situation of patients before chemotherapy and finding a new way for developing the study that is based on the ADR database.
