165例洋金花中毒不良事件的文献分析

摘要

目的：探讨洋金花中毒事件的规律及特点。方法通过文献检索，收集洋金花中毒不良事件，建立相关数据库进行统计与分析。结果有诸多洋金花中毒不良事件报道。中毒原因为误食，服用民间偏方剂量过大或误服错配处方。结论洋金花存在的安全使用风险应得到有关部门的重视，以保障人民群众用药安全。%Objective To analyze and summarize the poisoning events induced byDatura metel L.in the literature.MethodsThe cases in the literature of poisoning events induced byDatura metel L. were searched and then a related database was established for statistical analysis.ResultsA lot of poisoning cases caused byDatura metel L. had been reported. The reasons included misuse, irrational dosage in folk prescriptions or accidentally ingestedDatura metelL.by wrong prescription.ConclusionThe risks ofDatura metelL. should be seriously considered by related departments in order to guarantee safe drug use and safeguard the physical health of people.
