HPLC法测定清热解毒口服液中栀子苷的含量

摘要

Objective: To develop RP - HPLC methods for determination of the content of main intergradient geni-poside in Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution. Methods:Geniposide was separated on an RP C18 column(5μm,4. 6mm × 200mm) and the flow rate were 1. 0 mL · Min-1 . In the determination of deniposide, acetonitrile -water (25: 75) was rsed as mobile phase,with the detect wavelength at 238nm. Results; The linear ranges was 0. 20 - 1. 81 μg for geniposide. The mean recoveries was 98. 60% with the corresponding RSD 1. 39% for geniposide. Conclusions: The methods are simple, sensitive, and reproducible.%目的:建立清热解毒口服液中指标性成分栀子苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用Diamonsil -C18柱(5μm,4.6nn×200mm),以甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL·min-1检测波长238nm.结果:栀子苷的线性范围为0.20～1.81μg,平均回收率为98.60％ (n =6),RSD为1.39％.结论:本法简便、灵敏、重现性好,适用于清热解毒口服液的质量控制.
