先天性尿道下裂手术方式的探讨(附33例临床分析)

@@ 先天性尿道下裂是小儿外生殖器常见的畸形,由于类型各异,故矫治的术式很多.从1983年起我们根据不同类型,采用不同的手术方式予以矫治,疗效有所提高.现将术式的选择和方法予以介绍.%33 cases of hypospadlas were subjected to correction operation with 4 different procedures.Satisfactory results were achieved in 29 cases(88%) but in 4 cases were noticed complications.Coronal hypospadias could be repaired by tunnelling through the dissected distal urethra to the tip of glans.High penile hypospadias could be repaired by urethroplasty with a ventral pedical skin graft from the shaft,while other forms (referring to the location of meatus) could be repaired by pedical graft from scrotum or by modified Belt procedure.In most correction procedures,all the fibrous bands and sheets restricting the shaft should he completely dissected,so that the reconstructed nrethra would not shrink back and avoid or reduce the occurance of urethral stenosis and other complications.
