FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining potential difference between biologically active point and intact zone on skin at the same day time within 15 min. The potential difference is measured in RP3 point and intact zone on skin before operation with dynamic control applied every 5 min. The initial preoperative value of potential difference being not greater than 38±4, and dynamic value being not greater than 5 mv, surgical intervention of any scale is carried out. The initial value being greater than 55±10 and dynamic value being greater than 10 mv, more careful access method and less volume of surgical intervention is advised.
