新生儿胃肠道穿孔多因素预后分析及治疗探讨

摘要

Pronostic indexes which included gastational age,birth weight,primary diseases,perforative location,preoperative urine volume,rectum temperature,arterial blood gas,septicemia,neonatorumsoleredema,organ failure and perioperative management were analysed in 63 cases of neonates with gastrointestinal tract perforation. Intensifying preoperative preparation and pentoperative management have significance to increase the survival rate.Authors put the stress perioperatively on the improvement of circulation,protection of renal function,regulation of acid-base unbalance,intensifica tion of respiration,supervision and control of temperature.%作者对63例胃肠道穿孔新生儿的胎龄、出生体重、原发疾病、穿孔部位、术前尿量、直肠温度、动脉血气、败血症、硬肿症、器官功能衰竭以及围手术期处理等预后因素进行综合分析.指出加强术前处理和术后管理对改善预后的重要性.
