先天性巨结肠症结肠内肽能神经支配的紊乱-免疫组织化学观察15例

摘要

The distribution of vasoactive intestinal peptide,substance p and enkephalinergic nerves in the agnglionic segment (AGS) of 15 children with Hischsprung's disease (HD) were studied by immunohistochemical method.None of the three peptideragic neuronal bodiescould be found in neither of three plexuses Meissner's submucosal,Auerbach's myenteric,and deep muscular plexus) of AGS,but alterations of the three peptidergic nerve fibers always occur in all layers of the bowel wall of AGS.These findings suggests that the pathophysiology of HD might be closely related to the organic change of peptidergic innervation but not excluding the dysfunctional change of neuropeptides.%本研究发现先天性巨结肠(HD)受累结肠麦氏粘膜下丛及欧氏肠肌丛内缺乏VIP、SP和ENK能神经元成分,外来源支配的VIP和SP能神经还可增多增粗.因此,推测HD的病理生理学牵涉到肽能神经支配(包括运动的和感觉的神经成分)的实质性缺陷(分布和密度的改变).
