'U'形棒矫正脊柱侧弯和后凸

摘要

From Oct.1987 to Aug.1990,41 cases of scoliosis and kyphosis of various causes were treated with U-shape rod designed by the authors.In this series,the radian of scoliosis was 45-98° (average 68.4°) and the correction rate 73.3% (the maxium correction rate 91.4%).The postoperative correction rate of kyphosis was 71.7% (the maxium correction rate 83.5 %).The longest follow-up period was 28 months.All patients have shown satisfactory results.%1987年10月至1990年8月采用自行设计的"U"形棒矫正小儿脊柱侧弯和脊柱后凸共41例.本组脊柱侧弯弧度45～98度,术后矫正率73.3%,最大矫正率为91.4%.脊柱后凸的矫正率为71.1%,最大矫正率为83.5%.随访时间最长者2年4个月,平均随访时间为8.3个月.临床效果满意.
