作者报告急诊手术治疗71例先天性肛门闭锁.其手术方式应根据患儿具体情况而定.讨论了该病的诊断方法、术式的选择等.%From Jan.1978 to Apr.1991,emergency operations were performed on 71 infants with congenital anal atresia.The age ranged from 1 to 5 days.Ninety-three percent were males.Forty-four cases had no fistula but 27 cases associated with fistula.X-ray is the most common diagnostic method,but errors in typing of anal atresia should be aware.It showt that the perineal anoplasty for low anal atresia and the sacral anoplasty for intermediate anal atresia are preferable.However,for high anal atresia,none proved satisfactory.Fistula should be treated according to its locatioa and type.Undesirable injuries should be avoided by adequate mobilization of the rectum and careful protection the pelvic diaphragma and puborectalis muscle.
