危重患儿代谢反应及免疫状态的临床探讨

摘要

In order to Understand the immune status and the metabolic reaction of critical ill pediatric patients,the levels of insulin,cortisone,postafiantin E_2,thrombosin A_2,T-lymphocyte subpopulations,complements,transferrin and pre-albumin were determined in 40 patients.The results indicated that the hormones of catabolism in the patient with severe trauma increased and those of the anabolism decresaed,and their immune status was suppressed.The suppression of immune status was proved by the abnormal levels of thrombosin A_2,prostaglandin E_2 and T-lymphocyte subpopulations.It suggests that an adequate supportive metabolic therapy will be helpful to the recovery of the patients with severe trauma.%对40例创伤危重患儿的代谢反应及免疫状态进行了临床探讨,观察创伤后体内血胰岛素、皮质醇、前列腺素E_2、血栓素A_2、T细胞亚群、补体、转铁蛋白及前白蛋白水平.结果显示:①创伤患儿高分解代谢状态表现在分解激素上升,合成激素下降;②免疫抑制状态主要体现在T细胞亚群、血栓素A_2、前列腺素异常.本结果提示为改善创伤儿童状态应加强代谢调理.
