关节镜在儿童关节疾病诊治中的作用

摘要

为了探讨关节镜在儿童关节疾病诊断和治疗中的价值.对30例(32个关节)诊断不明,短期保守治疗无效的关节病患儿,行关节镜检查及相应的镜下手术.术前根据临床和常规辅助检查结果作出临床诊断,关节镜所见结合病理检查得出最后诊断.术后定期随访观察疗效.临床诊断与最后诊断的符合率仅为48%,镜下手术对多种疾病有效,术后平均随访2年3个月,优良率达81%,无一例出现并发症.关节镜检查可显著提高儿童关节疾病的早期诊断率,镜下手术具有创伤小、并发症少及恢复快等优点,是儿童关节疾病较为理想的早期诊断和外科治疗手段.%Diagnostic and therapeutical arthroseopy was performed on 30 cases younger than 14 years with joint disorders responding poorly to conservative treatment.Primary diagnosis was made with clinical manifestations and laboratory examination.Final diagnosis was confirmed by arthroseopie findings combined with biopsy.The patients were followed-up periodically.The primary diagnosis in accordance with the final diagnosis is 48%.The results were satisfactory in 81 of the patients and no complication was found in a follow-up of 6mon to 4yrs.The arthroscopy provides a safe and useful method in the diagnosis and treatment of joint disease in children.
