This paper reported and analyzed a case which Miller Fisher syndrome with extraocular muscles paralysis ,cured integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine ,get a good result .Analyzed the curative effect processed .%本文报道应用中西医结合疗法治疗米勒费雪（Miller Fisher）症候群眼外肌麻痹1例，取得良好效果，并分析了疗效机制。
