Objective To investigate the clinical features of post operative vrtigo in cochlear implantated patients . Methods We observed 178 cochlear implantation patients to investigat the sex, ages and malforation in whom with vertigo after surgery . Results Vertigo ocourred in 13 patients , while 3 of them were male ,10 were femal, incidence of vertigo is 2.5% in male , 16.7% in female. 2.5% in 0.8-3.0 yrs old group 8.5% in 3.1-5.0 yrs old group,12.5% in 5.1-18.0 yrs old group,22.2% in 18.1-51 yrs old group.The incidence was 41.2% in malforation patients, while 3.7% in non-malforation. Conclusions Post operative vertigo is observably related with ages ,sex and malforation of inner ear.%目的 探讨小儿人工耳蜗植入术后眩晕发生的临床特点.方法 从178例人工耳蜗植入患者中,对术后发生眩晕患者进行性别、年龄、有无内耳畸形情况的统计分析,找出人工耳蜗植入术后发生眩晕并发症的临床规律.结果 178例人工耳蜗植入手术患者中,发生眩晕的患者为13例占7.3%.男性眩晕发生率2.5%,女眩晕发生率16.7%,各年龄组中0.8～3.0岁组发生术后眩晕2.5%,无畸形者眩晕发生率0;3.1～5.0岁组眩晕发生率8.5%,无畸形者为8.9%;5.1～18.0岁组眩晕者占12.5%,其中无畸形者眩晕发生率16%;18.1～51岁22.2%.内耳畸形组眩晕发生率41.2%,无畸形组3.7%.结论 人工耳蜗植入术后眩晕并发症的发生主要与年龄有关,年龄越大越易发生术后的眩晕,女性较男性常见,有内耳畸形患者较无畸形发生率高,3岁以下小儿发生眩晕的比率明显减低.
