MAPK信号通路相关因子在变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜中的差异表达

         

摘要

目的:明确MAPK信号通路相关因子在变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜中的差异表达,探讨MAPK信号通路在变应性鼻炎发病过程中的作用。方法参照2009年武夷山版变应性鼻炎诊断标准,留取2例变应性鼻炎手术者部分下鼻甲组织及1例正常鼻甲组织作为对照,进行RNA转录组测序,并进行生物信息学分析。结果筛选得出在MAPK信号通路相关基因表达上调的主要是:EGF、FGF12、PLA2G2A,相关基因表达下调的主要是:原癌基因Jun和Fos;而且差异基因集中在ERK通路。结论 EGF、FGF12、PLA2G2A通过ERK信号通路在变应性鼻炎发病中发挥作用,可能是变应性鼻炎治疗的靶点。%Objective To investigate the differential expression of MAPK signaling pathway in nasal mucosa in allergic rhinitis, and to explore the role of MAPK signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis. Methods according to the 2009 version of Wuyishan allergic rhinitis diagnosis standard, the specimens from 2 cases of allergic rhinitis surgery nasal turbinate tissues and 1 cases of normal inferior turbinate tissues as control for RNA transcriptome sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis. Results EGF, PLA2G2A, FGF12 and the related gene expression of MAPK signaling pathway related genes were mainly: the Fos and Jun of the proto oncogene, and the difference was concentrated in the ERK pathway. Conclusion FGF12, PLA2G2A and EGF may play a role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis by ERK signaling pathway, which may be the target of the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
