目的 分析比较鼻内镜术后鼻腔凡士林纱条填塞止血与电凝止血的疗效,探讨运用电凝止血在鼻内镜术后的可行性.方法 将78例鼻窦炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组39例,均行鼻内镜手术治疗,对照组术后鼻腔行传统的凡士林纱条填塞止血,治疗组为电凝止血,观察两组患者术后鼻部胀痛情况、术后出血及术后术腔上皮化时间比较.结果 两组止血效果无明显差异(P>0.05),鼻部胀痛情况术后术腔上皮化时间,电凝止血优于凡士林纱条填塞.结论 鼻内镜术后电凝止血的效果和术后疗效确切,术后患者痛苦小,术腔上皮化时间短.%Objective To analyze and compare the curative effect of nasal Vaseline gauze packing hemostasis and electrocoagulation hemostasis after nasal endoscopic surgery. To explore the feasibility of electrocoagulation hemostasis after nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods 78 patients with sinusitis underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Vaseline gauze packing while the treatment group was treated with electrocoagulation. To observe the postoperative nasal pain, postoperative bleeding and compare postoperative epithelial time of the two groups of patients. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the hemostatic effect ( p>0.05 ), while postoperative nasal pain and postoperative epithelial time in patients with electrocoagulation hemostasis were better than Vaseline gauze packing. Conclusions The effect of electrocoagulation hemostasis after endoscopic sinus surgery and postoperative curative effect is exact,postoperative pain is small,and postoperative epithelial time is short.
