循证医学是一种崭新的医学模式，是当代临床医学教育发展的必然趋势。该模式把医师的临床专业技能与已获取的研究成果密切结合，以病人为核心查找相关临床证据，认真评估分析，将最完善的证据应用于临床。临床实习是培养优秀医师的关键环节，为此，我们立足实践，总结了循证医学在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学中的应用，特别是在国家重点学科耳科学的教学中，就其在激发学生的潜能、培养思考动手能力及医患沟通等方面进行探讨，提高了学生的临床技能、使他们熟练掌握疾病的诊治原则并培养其科研创新能力，为实习医师以后独立工作打下良好坚实的基础。%Evidence-based medicine is a new model of medicine and represents an inevitable trend of modern clinical education. It is a process of systemically reviewing, appraising and applying clinical findings to aid the delivery of optimal care to patients.Its concepts and methods have been extended to the field of medical education. Clinical internship is a key step for high quality clinical training. We have introduced evidence-based medicine in clinical teaching of otorhynolaryngology head and neck surgery, especially in otology teaching, in a national key discipline setting. It helps improve the enthusiasm of students and promote their self-learning capability, as well as helping them master and understand the principles in diagnosis and treatment of diseases, which helps lay a solid foundation for their future independent clinical practice.
