To investigate the effieaev of artificial prosthetic replacement for the trealmenl of osleoporolie inlerlroehanlerie fractures in the elderly. Methods Thirty,-six eases of elderk imslahle inlei-lmehanlei-ie fi-aelui-es were chosen torn Januairy 2000 to Deeemher 2010, wilh an aierage 6-year folhra up. The sm-gei-j skill and experience of prosthetic replacement for the treatment of inlerlrochanleric tacliires were relrospecliiely analyzed. Twenly-one cases were Lrealed ivith hemiarthroplasly and 15 cases with total hip replacement. Results All 36 cases had been followed up and the average postoperative llarris hip score was 90.3. Conclusion Indication, prosthesis selection, perioperalive care, complication treatment, and rehahililalion are necessary for the surgery. Surgery skill is the key for success.%目的 综合分析我院36例老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折人工髋关节置换手术,探讨老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折人工髋关节置换手术的经验.方法 选择2000-1~2010-12 本院老年股骨粗隆间骨折人工髋关节置换手术36例,平均随访6年.回顾性分析老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折手术措施,总结老年股骨粗隆间骨折人工髋关节置换术的经验.其中人工股骨头置换术21例,人工全髋关节置换术15例.结果 36例老年患者均进入随访结果分析,髋关节术后Harris评分平均90.3分.结论 适应证和假体的选择,围手术期的治疗、并发症的防治及康复是手术成功的必要条件,手术技术是成功的关键.
