人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折100例疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察并分析临床中采用人工髋关节置换术的方法在治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院近年来收治的100例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，以运用特殊材料制作人工髋关节，配合钢丝进行相关固定的方法治疗老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折，并观察其效果。结果：在老年患者接受相应的手术治疗之后，对其进行跟踪回访，患者满意率为90%。结论：采用人工髋关节置换术对老年股骨粗隆间骨折进行治疗，具有恢复快，治疗效果好等优点，也是治疗该疾病的有效手段之一。%Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effects of intertrochanteric fractures treatment with the hip arthroplasty.Method:Select the author’s hospital treated in recent years,100 cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture,to use special materials of artificial hip joint,cooperate with steel wire in the regular method in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures,and to observe its effect.Result:In elderly patients after surgical treatment,they were followed-up,and the satisfaction rate of this treatment modality reached 90%.Conclusion:To take the hip arthroplasty to treat the intertrochanteric fractures patients ahs the advantages of quick recovery,good effects,etc.,and is also an effect approach of the treatment for this disease.
