摘要

Osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture is a common kind of osteoporotic fracture. Its fatality rate and disability rate is relatively high. In recent years, the treatment of intertrochanteric osteoporotic fractures with internalfixation devices and technique has been improved greatly. New theory and methods are emerging. However, some orthopedists only focus on surgical treatment, while ignoring the important role of drug treatment in osteoporotic fractures.
