真菌性角膜炎免疫机制研究进展

摘要

机体依靠免疫系统实现对真菌的识别和清除,宿主与真菌之间力量的对比决定了疾病的转归与预后,目前对抗真菌的免疫机制已有初步了解.角膜组织位于眼球表面,易在外伤后遭受真菌等病原微生物的攻击.但与其他组织相比,角膜中央透明、无血管的特性使其维持于相对的免疫赦免状态.现对机体免疫系统参与角膜抗真菌过程的机制,真菌逃避免疫系统攻击的方式等新近的研究进展进行分析.%Immune system played an important role in recognition and elimination of fungal pathogens. The balance between host factors and fungal pathogens can influence the prognosis of disease. As located on the surface of the eyeball. It was easy for cornea to be attracted by pathogens when traumatic injury occur. Moreover, cornea had characters of transparency and avascularization, which keep it on immune privilege situation relatively. The progress in the study of the mechanism of immunity participating in the keratomycosis and ways of fungus escaped from the attract of immune system was reviewed.
