PURPOSE: A ginseng polysaccharides material and a producing method thereof are provided to use the activity search of acidic polysaccharides separated from red ginseng marc. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a ginseng polysaccharide material comprises the following steps: decolorizing red ginseng marc; extracting the decolorized red ginseng marc; separating acidic polysaccharides from red ginseng marc; and obtaining the ginseng polysaccharide material from the acidic polysaccharides. The obtained ginseng polysaccharide material is capable of being applied to food or cosmetic products.
