NLRP3炎性小体在眼部疾病中作用的研究进展

摘要

NLRP3(nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor pyrin domain containing-3)炎性小体是细胞内一类多蛋白复合体,活化后能促进具有生物学活性的白细胞介素1β和白细胞介素18释放,参与炎性反应的进程.近年关于NLRP3炎性小体在眼表和眼底疾病发生、发展中作用的研究取得一定进展.本文就NLRP3炎性小体的结构、在眼部的表达、在眼病中活化的机制及其对眼部疾病的作用进行总结和分析,以期在理论上揭示以NLRP3炎性小体作为相关眼病治疗靶点的可能性,为相关研究提供参考.%Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor pyrin domain containing-3 (NLRP3)inflammasome is a type of multi-protein complex within the cell,the activation of which promotes the release of bioactive interleukin(IL)-1β and IL-18 and contributes to inflammatory progress. In recent years,the research on the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in the pathogenesis and development of ocular surface and fundus diseases has made considerable progress.This review summarizes current understanding in the structure, ocular expression, and mechanisms of activation of NLRP3 inflammasome, as well as the contribution of this protein complex to eye diseases,thereby revealing the theoretical possibility that NLRP3 inflammasome might serve as a novel therapeutic target for the related ocular diseases.
