缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)是肿瘤引起局部组织缺氧效应中的关键转录因子,能介导诸如血管生成、细胞凋亡抑制以及糖代谢异常等各种生物学行为,其与喉鳞状细胞癌化疗耐药性密切相关.本文就目前关于HIF-1α的基本结构、功能与喉鳞状细胞癌化疗耐药性的关系以及靶向治疗等方面作一综述.%Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),which can mediate various kinds of biological behaviors such as angiogenesis,inhibition of apoptosis and disorder of glucose metabolism,is the key transcription factor in the hypoxia response caused by carcinoma,and is closely related to the chemotherapy resistance of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.In this review,the fundamental structure and functions of HIF-1α,and the relationship between HIF-1α and the chemotherapy resistance of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was summarized.Targeted therapy to HIF-1 α was also involved.
