光学相干层析扫描血管成像在视网膜血管性疾病中的应用

         

摘要

眼底荧光血管造影以及吲哚青绿脉络膜血管造影是目前视网膜血管性疾病诊断的金标准,但这2项均为有创检查,且染料入血可以引起不良反应.光学相干层析扫描血管成像(OCTA)是一项基于光学相干层析成像(OCT)的,新型、无创、非接触的眼底血管成像方法,可以分层显示视网膜血管,在糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜血管阻塞、脉络膜新生血管性疾病、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变以及黄斑旁毛细血管扩张症中均有应用.本文就OCTA的相关概念及其在眼底血管性疾病中的应用进行综述.%Fundus fluorescein angiography and indocyanine green choroid angiography are currently the gold standard for the diagnosis of retinal vascular disease and choroidal diseases,but both of them are invasive and could cause adverse reactions because of the dye injection.Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a novel,noninvasive and noncontact imaging technology that could detect the retinal and choroidal blood flow in a very short time.Furthermore,OCTA could provide vascular details in different anatomical layer of the retina and choroid.OCTA is applied mainly in diabetic retinopathy,retinal vascular occlusion,choroidal neovascular diseases,central serous chorioretinopathy and macular telangiectasia.This article reviews the related concepts and clinical applications of OCTA.
