统一机制学说和慢性炎症学说:糖尿病视网膜病变基础研究的新方向

摘要

糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)发病机制极为复杂.针对传统致病途径的上游,寻找相关共同启动因子基础上提出的统一机制学说,以及认为DR可能是慢性炎症反应的结果的新观点为DR基础和临床治疗研究提供了新的方向,但仍有很多相关问题需要深入研究.%The pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy (DR) is more complex. For the upstream of traditional pathogenesis, to looking for unifying mechanism theory which proposed in foundation of common promoters and the latest view of DR may be the result of chronic inflammation. Both of them provide the basic and clinical theraby of DR with new direction. Therefore, there are many related issuess till needs to intensive study.
